International Payment & Delivery
Customers outside Ireland must pay by bank transfer. Additionally, please request our bank details before placing the order.
Delivery
Payment & Delivery Charges
Our flat rate delivery fee covers any number of products in your order up to the value of €60.00. Order as much as you like for the same low cost one-off delivery charge of €6.50 within the island of Ireland.
If the total value of your order exceeds €60.00, then delivery within Ireland is free. Simply tick the free delivery option when your order reaches the threshold.
Note: The island of Ireland includes Northern Ireland.
Local Pickup in Longford Town
For those who live or work locally in Longford Town, we offer a Local Pickup option.
How It Works
If you choose this option (available on the payment screen), then we waive the shipping fee of €6.50.
Arranging Your Pickup
We will contact you by the email address you provide when your order is complete to arrange a convenient time and place in the town to collect your order.
Dispatch Times
We normally dispatch goods within 1-2 working days. However, large or complicated orders, or orders placed at busy times, may take a little longer. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
Working Days
Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately.
Your Options
You can choose an alternative product, request a refund, or wait for the item to come back into stock.
No Extra Charge
If you choose to wait, we forward the item to you at no extra charge.

We produce and dispatch all in-stock items as described above.
Delivery in Ireland
- We usually use An Post to deliver orders within Ireland.
- For heavier or bulkier items, we may use an alternative delivery service. Most deliveries arrive within 3 working days, but sometimes delays can happen due to the postal process.
- Small parcels or envelopes can occasionally be delayed, and items often pass through several distribution centres before reaching your local post office. Delivery times can also vary depending on the area your postman covers.
- We do our best to get your order to you quickly, but we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by postal services.
Shipping Areas
We ONLY supply to the island of Ireland, including Northern Ireland, and to EU member countries.
EU Orders
Delivery to EU countries outside Ireland costs more. Please contact us with your order and delivery details before placing your order so we can provide the correct shipping price.
Note: We do not ship to countries outside of the EU.
