Which credit/debit cards do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards & debit cards. We use Stripe as our secure shopping basket solution. You can pay instantly, even without a Stripe account.

What are the delivery costs?
For delivery on the island of Ireland the flat rate cost is €6.50 per order under the value of €50.00. And is free for orders over €50.00. Free pickup is available for customers in Longford town only. (Tick the relevant option on the cart before payment). For delivery to other EU countries please contact us before placing your order so we can give you our best rate, this will be depending on the size and the weight of your order. For orders to countries outside the EU including the UK we do not deliver.

Can I order if I am outside of the EU?
Unfortunately we don't deliver to countries outside of the EU, however people outside of the EU can order if they wish their order to be sent to a relative or friend who resides in an EU country. Please ensure that you contact us prior to placing your order for a shipping cost for this service.

How long will delivery take? We aim to dispatch personalised items within 2-3 working days. However at busy times or for large orders it may take a little longer.

Can I return an item if it is not suitable?
Unfortunately not. As your item is personalised it cannot be returned unless faulty. So please ensure the correct spelling before placing an order. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How do I return a faulty item? To return a faulty item, please email us explaining the reason for the return before sending the item. Return postage is the responsibility of you the customer.
Do you offer discounts for larger quantities? Yes we can offer discounts on larger quantities of any of our items, for example you may want 12 hen night t-shirts, contact us with your details and your requirements and we will get back to you with the price.

Can you supply any personalised item that is not on your website?
If you have a special item in mind, contact us with your request and we will try to locate and give you a price for it. Please bear in mind there will be a premium charge for this service.
What if i have a problem to upload an image to the website?
Please send the image through email or Facebook messenger.

What if I require a special design with my photos example collage?
Please contact us before placing the order and we will advise the best way to do it.
