How to order

• Ireland and Northern Ireland customers only

For those who are unsure of the process of how to order please scroll down to the relevant product for help. Note that in all cases the boxes image and text refer to the FRONT of the product.

Important note for those using a mobile device (or who have any upload problems) please place your order and pay as usual and then use the email (eirinisgiftwear@gmx.ie) to send us your images and/or text. Please make sure your spelling is 100% correct.

>>>>MUGS 

On the product page you will see 4 boxes. These boxes are labelled 2 for images and 2 for text. This gives you many options to customise your mug.

If you wish only 1 image on your mug, then please use the image ‘A’ box to upload the image from your computer. If you require just text or additional text to your image, then please use the text ‘A’ box.
If you require 2 images and/or text on your mug, then repeat the above using the image ‘B’ and text ‘B’ boxes.
If you require just text, eg a name. Then simply enter the text in the text ‘A’ box, then should you need the same or different text on the other side of the mug, use the text ‘B’ box. When done add to cart as usual.

Using our mug templates.

Instead of uploading your own design you might want to use one of our expertly designed mug templates. To do this please do the following.

1. Choose your mug type from the mug section.
   DO NOT UPLOAD ANY IMAGE OR TEXT, but add the mug to the cart as usual.
2. Go to the mug template section of your choice and view the selection by clicking the numbered boxes to see a preview.
3. When the template of your choice is displayed, then you can upload the image(s) or text as shown on the preview. These will be the numbered items.
4. Click on the add to cart button to complete your purchase.

>>>>CLOCKS

On the product page you will see 2 boxes. These are labelled image and text.
If you require an image on your clock face then use the image box to upload the image from your computer.
If you require additional text to your image, or, you only require text, then type your text into the text box. When done add to cart as usual.

For the cubed colour changing alarm clock. On the product page you will see 3 image upload boxes and a text box. In no particular order use the 3 image upload boxes to upload 3 images from your computer, place any text (optional) in the text box then add to cart as usual.

>>>>BADGES

On the product page you will see 2 boxes. One is listed as image and the other as text. If you wish to have a badge with an image or design, then please use the image box and upload the image/design from your computer.
If you wish to have additional text added to your image/design, or you wish to just have text on your badge, then please type the text in the text box. When done add to cart as usual.

>>>>KEYRINGS

On the product page you will see a number of boxes depending on the product chosen.
If you have chosen a single sided keyring then you will see 2 boxes labelled Image and text. If you want an image or design on your keyring then use the image box to upload an image/design from your computer. If you wish to have just text (such as a name or initials) then use the text box to type your text.

For double sided keyrings you will see 4 boxes labelled image ‘A’, image ‘B’, text ‘A’, and text ‘B’. Follow the above procedure to complete side 1 of your keyring, using the boxes labelled ‘A’, then repeat the process for side 2, using boxes image ‘B’ and text ‘B’ as required. When done add to cart as usual.

>>>>FRIDGE MAGNETS

On the product page you will see 2 boxes, image and text. If you wish to place an image/design on your fridge magnet, then use the image box and upload from your computer. If you wish to either add text to your image, or to have text only on your fridge magnet, then use the text box, and type your text. When done add to cart as usual.

>>>>JEWELLERY

On the product page you will see a number of boxes depending on the product chosen.
If you have chosen a single sided item then you will see 2 boxes labelled Image and text. If you want an image or design on your item then use the image box to upload an image/design from your computer. If you wish to have just text (such as a name or initials) then use the text box to type your text.

For double sided items you will see 4 boxes labelled image ‘A’, image ‘B’, text ‘A’, and text ‘B’. Follow the above procedure to design side 1 of your item using the boxes labelled ‘A’, then repeat the process for side 2, using boxes image ‘B’ and text ‘B’ as required. When done add to cart as usual.

For the 5 plate bracelet. You will see 5 image upload boxes labelled image, image 1, image 2, image ‘A’ and image ‘B’. Use these boxes to upload your 5 images from your computer, note they are in no particular order. If you require any text such as an initial, then use the text boxes but bear in mind that you should only use any 5 of the available boxes. When done add to cart as usual.

>>>>TEXTILES

In all cases (except T Shirts and bags which are covered below) You will see 2 boxes displayed on the product page. These are labelled image and text.

If you wish to have an image printed on your garment then use the image box to upload the image from your computer. If you wish to either add text to your uploaded image, or to have just text on your garment, then type the text in the text box. When done add to cart as usual.

>>>>T SHIRTS

On the product page you will see 2 boxes displayed, listed as image and text. These boxes will allow you to upload an image from your computer or to type text that you wish to have printed on the FRONT of the shirt.

Should you require the text or image to be printed on the back of the shirt? Then follow these instructions.

Use the image box to upload the image (if required) in the text box type the following, ‘back print’. If you wish to add any text, then do so after the ‘back print’ instruction
Note the front will not be printed.

If you wish to have no image but just text on the back of the shirt, then ignore the image box and type in the text box ‘back print’ followed by the text you require printed. Note the front will not be printed. When done add to cart as usual.

If you require an image and/or text on both front and rear? (extra €6.00) then follow these instructions.
On the product page upload your image (if required) and/or text by using the image and text boxes. Then add to your cart as usual.

You will see a link below the description labelled ‘Add Extra Print’, click that link, which will take you to our extra print option. You will see 2 boxes exactly as before, labelled image and text. Upload the image and/or text as previous and add to cart as usual. If you ordered more than a quantity of 1 for the main T Shirt, remember that you MUST set the quantity to the same for the extra prints, before adding to the cart.

In ALL cases the ‘extra print’ option will refer to printing on the back of the shirt, so make sure that you use the T Shirt product page to upload image and/or text that you want printed on the FRONT of the shirt, and the ‘extra print’ option to upload the image and/or text you want printed on the back of the T Shirt. When done add to cart as usual.

>>>>BAGS

On the product page you will see 2 boxes labelled image and text. If you want an image printed on your bag then use the image box to upload the image from your computer. If you want either just text, or you wish to add text to your image, then type the text in the text box. When done add to cart as usual.

If you require printing on both sides of the bag? (extra €6.00) then please follow these instructions.

Follow the above instructions for the first side of the bag and then add to cart as usual. Below the description you will see a link labelled ‘Add Extra Print’, click that link, and it will take you to our extra print option page.

On this page use the image and/or text boxes to upload an image or text for the other side of the bag, then add to cart as usual. Remember that if you ordered a quantity of bags greater than 1 you MUST also enter that quantity in the ‘extra print’ option quantity box also. When done add to cart as usual.

>>>>MISCELLANEOUS

On the product page you will see a number of boxes depending on the product chosen.

Follow the above procedure to design side 1 of your item using the boxes labelled ‘A’, then repeat the process for side 2, using boxes image ‘B’ and text ‘B’ as required. When done add to cart as usual.
